I never received the refund they are claming to have processed. Never received a call after the voicemail stating they couldnt do the move even though i left voicemails and e-mails requesting them to do so.Edit added above due to their response.Few things I want to point out.I had them booked for my move for over a month. At 6pm the day before the move I got a message from Anthony that the move cant happen but they got someone to take care of us. Our move was scheduled for them to show up between noon and 2pm.The new mover called and said they can only do it if they show up between 8am - 815am. I had been planning on using the morning to pull things out of storage to go with the move. No longer had that time.New mover also charged more per person per hour to do the move.I have tried calling several times sense my move happened to get reimbursed my downpayment for them to do the move and have heard nothing back.Not only did I end up paying more for the workers, more because I had to get a cargo van to move my storage unit in the basment (new mover wanted to charge extra to do stairs in an appartment complex) but the downpayment didnt go towards the final invoice because they didnt do the job.While the person who did the move did a good job, I would've wanted the quote that we had agreed to, to be honored.Had I heard back and been reimbursed (bare minimum deposit) I would've been fine with the outcome. Due to the lack of responding to my several messages I wont be able to recommend this mover to anyone looking to move.

Jordan, Ant, and Clayton were incredible. They were efficient, careful, and incredibly nice! They did such a great job moving my mom’s belongings into storage, and they noticeably treated everything with care and respect.I know moving is not something that people generally look forward to, but I definitely can’t wait to use Busy B’s again in the future. We hired Busy B’s to move an upright piano locally. Not only did they have the best price, Anthony was very helpful and friendly each time I spoke to him. I felt like he valued our business even though it wasn’t a big move. The move itself was very smooth, the piano was well-protected and arrived in perfect condition. The men who did the heavy lifting were also friendly and very helpful when we found the piano didn’t fit where we thought it would go. I highly recommend checking them out for your next move.

We hired Busy B’s Moving for a long distance move from Madison, WI to Las Vegas and had a great experience. Our move went really smoothly with Busy B's! Andrea did a great job with estimating and all of my millions of questions that I asked. She was very polite and professional. Then on the day of the move, Jordan, Clay, and Anthony all did a wonderful job and I felt very comfortable with all of our furniture, mirrors, TVs, etc being moved by them. Upon arrival, I actually slightly underestimated the amount of storage space we'd need and Clay and Anthony worked hard to help us fit everything we could in the space. I hired Busy B's for two moves in a row now. My first one was a last minute, I am getting a divorce and I found a place that works for now and they accommodated me and that move. This time, I hired them last minute again to help unload my uhaul for a very intentional but during the work day move and they were able to accommodate me again. The guys that came out to the job were very professional, very quick, and very mindful and kind to my small senior dog when they were moving things in the room she was staying in. I won't hesitate to recommend Busy B's to other folks looking for moving day help.

Y’all: book this company for your moving needs! After a series of bad experiences with other companies, I am blown away by the professional service from start to finish. From Andreas walk through, to the guys on moving day, we were thrilled with the communication, punctuality, professionalism, and positive attitude of this team (one guy was singing and jogging, literally JOGGING back to the truck for fun). What an amazing experience. We moved cross-country from Washington state to Madison Wisconsin. The guys showed up this morning ready to work. They were very professional and friendly. We are currently renting a house and leaving most all items in the garage. They were in and out in an hour and a half. I will 100% use busy movers again for our move to our new home. The movers were cheerful, positive, and responsive to my questions and requests. They didn't waste time or take breaks as have other movers I've used. The hustled, but didn't sacrifice caution with my furniture. They were willing to help me try out the furniture in different spots in the new place, so I wouldn't have to lift or move anything later. The office staff person was great, too. She was very willing to answer all my questions and assisted me when I needed to reschedule. I have used four different moving companies in the last 25 years and Busy Bee is by far the best! I even paid less than the original quote thanks to their professionalism.

We had an incredible experience with Busy B's moving. They were easy to book, communicated well, and I was able to pay electronically right after the move was done. We hired Busy B's moving to move out of our 3 bedroom home. They helped us load up a 16 ft POD. They arrived on time and gave me a call before hand. I was nervous about fitting our entire house into the POD, but they did such a good job packing it tight and efficiently. Nick, Ant K, and Janae were nice, communicated well, and worked very quickly but carefully. They finished loading the POD in about 2 hours! I cannot recommend them enough--they made our move so much easier!

Overall, I had a good experience with Busy B's. I needed a tall, top heavy refrigerator moved from one house to another. Andrea was helpful with getting the quote together and answering my questions as I shopped around for a moving service. Their overall estimate was similar to other companies I inquired with. Their hourly rate was lower and they start and end the clock from when they arrive at your pick-up location and when they finish moving (instead of charging travel time to/from their company location), BUT they charge for truck rental which bumped up their final price to be pretty much the same as the other companies. Three people were assigned to my move, which didn't seem wholly necessary in retrospect, but I'm happy to pay for the extra help if it meant keeping everyone safe. The movers were polite and respectful. They even helped me move an additional large item out of the way to make space for the fridge, which I was very appreciative of. The whole move only took 45 minutes and went very smoothly.The only thing I didn't like was their movers were not masked even when they entered my house, which goes against the current public health order. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that they would have masked up if I specifically asked.

I have a large beautiful desk that I needed moved up to my loft from the first floor. It seemed impossible because of the spiral staircase. The first moving company was unable to get my desk to the second floor. I then hired Busy Bee movers and they expertly moved the desk in less than ten minutes. WOW. I called Busy B's when my massage chair delivery wasn't in home like we thought. Not only did they squeeze me in but they also sent two magicians. Nick and Blaze got the chair in despite it being just slightly too wide for my door they did it without a single scratch to ANYTHING! From packing and organizing to gently and skillfully moving all our things, they made our move from Wisconsin to Georgia so much easier. They were friendly, careful, and SO STRONG!!!When they got to our new home in Atlanta, the drive was too steep for their truck. We were so worried, but it didn't phase them a bit. They parked safely on the street and hauled everything up the drive, piece by piece with a smile!No griping. No worries. Total professionals.There were a couple of minor bits of damage to our old furniture that hadn't been moved in 20 years. They immediately showed them to us as they found them. We moved into 777 this week. Until this week, we had always used two men and a truck - We were given an initial quote of $500. Then that got changed to $700.I was fed up and decided to try someone else and that someone else was BusyB’s. From the initial call to moving day, it was the best moving experience of my life. The initial quote was $650 (competitive with others) and the movers (Blaze, Clayton, Anthony) were so good that they finished the move in 2 hrs. The final bill was $340. The movers were friendly, professional and very very competent.Highly recommend them

First of all, i called a lot of moving companies ahead of our move and Andrea at Busy B was by far the most responsive and helpful off the bat. We did a virtual walk through of the house and quickly came to a good understanding of the pricing and plan. She gave lots of suggestions for how to be prepared for the move. We have two kids so we needed lots of help packing - that included a lot of delicate valuable things. On the day of the move, Andrea arrived with two movers. I thought that was really great because the person I had actually been talking to on the phone was also with me on sight. Andrea handled all of the delicate things and the movers handled all of the big bulky things. Because of all the planning we did together on the phone the team finished the job in almost half the time that we had planned for and it ended up costing less than we thought. Perhaps we had over planned or planned for the worst, but I much prefer a company that over plans than the other way around. I really appreciated every part of the process and I recommend them for your move. Good luck!

Worst costumer service ever, the movers where nice and polite, this hole and scratches happens during my move out service from Busy AB’s moving and they did not moved out a TV and and arcade that was indicated on the move out items. The mover said they will come back for those items, a week passed and called to check when they will come any get those items and they wanted me to schedule a new job the one they did not finish I let them know about the claim of the hole and they stayed they have it in file, but it’s been almost a month and no follow up call or nothing, just a classic case when they have the $500 dollars they charged for a moving they don’t care about you anymore. I would not recommend BusyB’s moving to anyone.

The last time I used a moving company before Busy B's was when I moved not even a block away and easily costed just about $2,000! I decided to try another company and after the first call the service was OUTSTANDING. When the movers came they worked their butt's off (lots of stairs) and constantly asking if there was anything else they could do even after they were done moving! I would recommend this company to literally everybody. Everybody at Busy B's is fantastic and welcoming! The young men showed up on time. I was pleased with their patience upon arriving at my new apartment as I was finishing up with the apartment manager. What I didn't like is the lack of care they took with my leather couch. I thought they were going to make sure it was covered before they moved it. I couldn't be there for the loading, leaving a trusted friend to manage. I also didn't appreciate the damage to two of my totes, the results showed that heavier items were placed on top of lighter items. Two of my tote tops were cracked. Having said all that, I can say that the follow up care Busy B's provided was on point. They sent a qualified leather repair company out to my apartment to fix my leather sofa. The company has been in existence for 44 years, I found this to be very good judgment. I am waiting for the money to replace my two large totes. I believe it's just a matter of Blaze, the representative that coordinated the repair of my couch, to get back to me about the pics I sent of the damage to my totes. It took me some time to get the pictures to him, unfortunately I was very busy. I'm also missing my step ladder which I reported and have yet to hear about. It's very scary to entrust your precious belongings to someone else to move. I've always done my own moves in the past. I'm not sure if I would use them again. I'm just not sure about their commitment to protecting the furniture to ensure damage would be minimal, if at all. I just don't know...

I was in panic mode early this week because my initial hire - a national broker - to move us from Milwaukee area to Indy area was totally unresponsive and not providing detailed info on my move which was just a couple days away. In a real pinch, I got a recommendation from another local mover who only did moves within WI to call Busy B's.I got a hold of Andrea who moved heaven and earth to get us a crew on 2 days notice for an interstate move. She said they'd send 3 guys on a 26' truck to move our furniture out between 9-10am on Wednesday. Quote was very reasonable as well. They actually sent 7 guys by 9am and got us loaded up in a few hours, and then 3 of them made the trip to Indy and unloaded us later that day until 10:30pm. They probably put in a 16-17 hour day, including drive time. Nice crew, on-time, responsive, worked hard. I think they did a good job not damaging stuff...probably didn't get out of the move totally unscathed, but nothing was significantly damaged from what i saw.The only issue is the actual price was about $1500 higher than the initial quote, but Andrea explained that was for the additional labor (they sent 7 guys, not just 3 to get us loaded up quicker and ensure we moved everything in a day). That was a bit of a surprise but understandable upon explaination. I would absolutely hire this company again and recommend others in Milwaukee/Madison hire Busy B's.

I had my Moms heirloom armoire moved to my house today. Andrew, Anton and Mo did a superb job from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly. Andrea got back to me within an hour of placing my request for referrals on Angie's List and she did a very thorough intake of all of the furniture I needed moved. She was so personable and pleasant, I felt like I was talking to a friend!On moving day, the movers were prompt and professional. They did a thorough assessment of all of my furniture and made great choices regarding placement in the truck to expedite the move. They were friendly, patient, and very flexible!The best part? Thanks to the great work of the movers, my final cost was below the initial estimate by a lot!Don't use anyone else - Busy B's is the best moving company by a long shot!!!

I would highly recommend Busy B Moving. We had 3 individuals help with our move. Nelson, Stephen, and a third individual. They showed up on time, were very responsive to our needs, and assisted anyway they could. Furthermore, they had the expertise to recommend certain approaches to moving larger items and were really careful with our fragile items. Lastly, they were quick! The move was completed 2 hours less then we thought. I highly recommend Busy B Moving, specifically the crew of Nelson and Stephen.
